By signing this form I acknowledge and agree the following:
- Upon leaving the Academy one term’s notice in writing is required, otherwise 50% of the term’s fees are owed in lieu as we will not be able to fill your child’s place in class.
- Classes cancelled due to exams or teacher absence will be refunded or an alternative lesson arranged. Classes cancelled due to adverse weather conditions will not be refunded or rearranged.
- We ask permission to use photos and/or videos of your child in our promotional material such as newsletters, leaflets, on our website and Facebook page.
- Any fees unpaid by half term will attract a 5% late fee, any fees unpaid by the end of term will attract a 10% late fee.
- Staff are not liable for any injury resulting from the student’s participation in class.
