There are exercises for every part of the body but studying Classical Greek dance particularly strengthens the feet and centre, whilst giving a supple back and torso – all of which will hugely benefit other forms of dance, especially Ballet and Contemporary<\/p>\n
The teaching of Classical Greek is also supported by an historical understanding of the ancient civilisation, allowing for study of visual arts, literature and mythology and encourages the exploration of drama through dance.
